  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 package brown gravy mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Place the sliced potatoes and onions in the slow cooker.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the beef broth and brown gravy mix, then pour over the potatoes and onions.
  5. Arrange the beef patties on top of the mixture.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
