Instructions

  1. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  2. While the steak is resting, warm the corn tortillas in a skillet over low heat.
  3. Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
