  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add the salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  4. Layer the diced potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and shredded cheese in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
